John Bernal aka JohnLovesAnime is a content creator for 10+ years as he started as an Anime YouTuber to currently a VTuber Interviewer for Otaku Talks! who has conducted 300+ interviews under his belt. His passion for content creation & to show the world of VTubers to everyone burns in his heart to showcase VTubers worldwide to support them as he uses his platform to highlight as many VTubers as possible. As Department Head for Hentai Matsuri, John promises to introduce VTubers to everyone, bring the spotlight, give everyone a chance to attend virtually from the comfort of their homes, just be prepared for these amazing virtual content creators as San Diego will be the center of the party.

Brian is some guy that showed up to an anime convention one day and someone asked him to do something. To this day, people are still asking him to do stuff.

RIGO

VTuber Department

Rigo Perez aka Koizumi Kaito is a convention leader and content creator. For the past 5+ years, Rigo/Koizumi has been creating content and putting himself at the ground level of conversations with great enthusiasm. He has provided convention leadership and helped maintain professional relationships with a plethora of different creators from all walks of life. Now he streams on Twitch as a VTuber, forging new relationships with all the content creators he can, providing them all equal opportunities at conventions/events to support their growth.

NONBITEYZOMBIE

Streamer and content creator

NonBiteyZombie is a livestreamer and digital creator known for blending horror, humor, and immersive storytelling into an experience that feels more like a living world than a typical stream. His content features cinematic visuals, custom TTS character voices, and interactive chat mechanics that invite viewers to take part in the strange and spooky.

With a focus on originality and presentation, NonBiteyZombie builds every stream from the ground up. From custom event formats to in world lore writing, his work brings a unique mix of eerie ambiance and sharp wit. He is not just playing a role on screen he is shaping a creative space that feels distinct and fully realized.

Constantly evolving and always experimenting, NonBiteyZombie brings a stylized and standout approach to VTubing. Whether you are there for a quick scare or pulled into solving a mystery, the moment you enter his world, you know you are somewhere different.

VINCE

Tech Engineer and Repairman

Vince is steeped in a long history of repairing a multitude of devices. He is bringing his knowledge to the Vtuber world both IRL and Virtually. As the lead tech in multiple organizations, you can trust that he has your connectivity and equipment running at top speed. From in-person meet and greets, to standing displays, and of course, the robots. Vince got you tapped in, hardwired, wireless, up and running, but know you’ll always be connected.

GOWL

VTuber Department

I have been a moderator and aid for some few in the vtuber community since 2020, and a convention staffer since 2024. Prior, I had been a convention attendee for numerous years!

DEREK

VTuber Department

Have been watching vtubers (mainly vods and music videos) for almost 2 years. I listen to a few indies, but the majority have been from bigger corps like Hololive (Suisei, Mori, etc). I’ve attended a lot of conventions such as Anime expo and Fanime, but this’ll be my first ever convention in San Diego and I’m looking forward to it!
