SIGNAGE POLICY

Posted Signage

Signs, bills, stickers or other means of conveying information may not be posted, adhered, or otherwise attached within the convention area without specific permission of Hentai Matsuri.

Official convention signage that has been altered or defaced will be replaced or restored by staff. Vandalism is an offense that may result in your badge being taken away or banned from future events.

Carried Signage

We are allowing hand carried signs for promotions, advertisements, and other types of solicitations for:

We reserve the right to not allow signs for any outside organizations. The convention may bar any signs outside of the above category (jokes, memes, cosplay, etc) at will.

We will not allow signs that contains or implies discrimination, racism, or hate speech. Signs that incite violence or violations of consent are also not allowed.

Take care that your signage does not block traffic due to size, interaction (e.g. tally voting), lengthy text, cosplay photos, or rendering services. Please help keep through ways clear or you may be asked to move or have your sign leave the convention area.
