General Admission gets you into all rooms, including the Exhibitor Hall, Featured Artist room, the Panel Room, and all other areas of the event. At-convention prices will be higher than on online sales.

Ticket and Refund Policy
Children under 18 years old are not allowed at the event.
Reselling, sharing, or transferring a Hentai Matsuri badge/wristband or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited. If this is violated and ownership cannot be proved, the badge/wristband will be revoked and canceled without refund.
Refund policy – refunds for tickets will be honored until the day before the event. No refunds will be given on or after the event date. If you buy a ticket and do not attend the event, you will not be refunded (this applies to you and to whatever situation you explain – no exceptions, there are no refunds on or after the event).
Code of Conduct
This will be a secure, inclusive, and educational space for open-minded people looking to meet other like-minded people. HENTAI MATSURI will have a “No Tolerance” policy for harassment and other nonconsensual violations. Any attendees harassing or violating other guests will have their badges/passes revoked and will be evicted from the event and potentially banned from all future events.
Hentai Matsuri reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media materials.
By attending Hentai Matsuri or by failing to notify us, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph or image used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Hentai Matsuri from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Hentai Matsuri is dedicated to ensuring our event is a safe environment for all participants. We have a zero tolerance policy for any and all harassment towards fellow attendees, artists, vendors, performers, special guests, event staff, and other event personnel. Anyone attending the event who engages in the following behavior below will have their passes confiscated, and then be ejected from the event without a refund.
Harassment includes and is not limited to:
- Verbal harassment
- Video-recording without explicit verbal consent or permission
- Photos without their explicit verbal consent or permission
- Stalking or following other guests
- Nonconsensual physical contact
